The Incorpora program from Obra Social of la Caixa Foundation facilitates the integration of people at risk of social exclusion into the job market, offering companies the opportunity to promote corporate social responsibility through the employment of disabled people and other groups at risk of exclusion.

Since 2006, Fundació Privada Trinijove is the coordinating entity of the program in the province of Barcelona.

In Barcelona we form part of a network of 37 social employment organizations that collaborate with the Incorpora program. We join efforts and contribute our experience to work with people with added difficulties in order to achieve a common goal: full social integration and employment of the people for whom we work.

Incorporation into the labor market of persons with added difficulties cannot be understood as a one-off event, but as a personalized process that requires action before, during, and after recruitment to ensure satisfaction for both the person and the company.

The Private Foundation Trinijove offers the Incorpora program, at a technical level:

  • One insertion specialist

He/She is in charge of client care and attention, company exploration, job placement, and follow-up after contracting in coordination with the multidisciplinary team of Fundació Privada Trinijove.

  • One program coordinator

In the province of Barcelona, he/she ensures the smooth running of the program and coordinates the network of technical integration of the entities participating in the Incorpora program.

In addition to material resources and collaboration with other programs of the Foundation Trinijove, Incorpora offers free job placement and management of labor demands, providing:

  • Support and monitoring prior to hiring.
  • Advice about tax allowances and deductions provided by current legislation for hiring by employers of different groups.
  • Participation in events promoting best practices of social responsibility and collaboration in similar actions.
